Managing Your Stress!

Do you imagine yourself living in a stressless sorroundings wherein only the positive energies is all you can feel? I been imagining that since I begun to see the true color of the world I live in. Sometimes, I wish that I never grew up because as we grow older the stress level start to grow almost 5X our age. But I think it's the way we handle our own stress.

I'll be turning 31 next month but I never really feel about it. For me life should be easy and simple and that's it. But life itself sometimes complicate us and it's ourselves who makes things difficult. I wanted a happy life no matter where I am and no matter who I am with and I think I already learned the formula on making my life simplier and happier. Do you believe on me? Well if you do you can try it yourself. It might not fit everybody but somehow maybe it can help you manage your own stress.

So here it goes....

1. Don't expect too much - most often than not our expectation gave us the sense of being hopeful and sometimes because of that when we get the things that we wanted but not it's what we expected we tend to be very disappointed. This disappoint is a negative feelings and add up to our stress level. Where on the other hand, if we did not expect anything and we get something that we didn't expect the feeling of happiness automatically surge in. Happiness makes us less worry and it lessen down our stress level.

2. Be thankful for what you have - instead of complaining what you dont have start to be thankful for what you have right now. Pray to God and give thanks for all the blessings you received and that's when you realize that you are still luckier than other people around you. Feeling lucky and thankful makes us feel great and again it's a minus to your stress level.

3. Smiles a lot or better yet laugh out loud when you get a chance to - as the saying goes, laughters makes us feel younger and that's great feeling. Try it yourself. Don't be too hard on yourself. Exercise your lungs by giving in to laughters and I'm sure you will feel really great. I often do that and I can say it's effective.

4. Pray - our world might be in a fast pace but having a deeper communication with God is always better than texting and chatting to someone you never know. Talk with Him as if He is just besides you. Wherever you go, whatever you do get a chance to reconnect with God. This is the most wonderful feelings you will ever encountered. Chaos might be just around you but if you are happy inside it will never effect you and so therefore you are stress free!
