A week of lifestyle change!

Yeah, that's right! It's been a week now since I started having my morning jogging activity. It started last Friday and I am so happy that I am keeping it up. Before, I usually woke up at around 11:00 am or sometimes 12:00 nn! I can't help it because I also sleep late or early morning. LOL! It's not right and lately I begun to noticed the effect on my body. I gained weight easily and the worse thing was that I get sick easily too. I don't like it and so when I learned that my neighbor use to jog in the morning, I told her that I wanted to join too. She told me to wake up at around 5:00 am because that's the best time to jog.

At first, I find it difficult to wake up but my determination to change lifestyle and get back my healthy well being, I pull myself out of bed everytime my alarm woke me up. Little by little, I begun to get use of waking up early and have my morning exercise. It always feels great everytime we finished our daily rounds which little by little also increases each day. For the record, I was able to complete seven rounds which somewhat equivalent to 2.5 km run. Hmmm, not bad right?

Now, more than ever, I am looking forward for my morning routine. It was indeed a great way to start your day. You may try it out too!
