What you Eat is What you Are!

Do you believe in saying that what you eat is what you are? I often heard that to dietrician. They said that whatever food you intake has side effects on your health. I believe in them. Look around you, people who has tendency to eat a lot of fats are the people who has high cholesterol and those people who love to eat sweets are often times diabetic. It may not apply for all but in general that's what I observed.

Years ago, I was not really concerned about it but when my parents got sick I suddenly took sometimes to read about health books. I wanted to understand about their condition. Both of them was high blood but the reason was not the same. My father is high blood because of high uric acid while my mother is high blood too but because of high cholesterol. The same findings but different reasons.

Looking back, my father drink a lot of alcohol while my mom loves to eat foods that high in cholesterol. See, they are suffered because of what they intake. They are just one of the examples but I know that there are a lot of people who are like them. It is very important to take care of health because it's our wealth that no one can take away from us. We have to be wise in choosing the food that we eat. It is always better to have colon cleanse because that way we will be able to eliminate properly that waste inside our body. This is also one way to avoid other kind of deases. You see, it is important that we eliminate all the waste inside our body because that is one way to keep it safe and healthy.
