5 Ways To Healthy Living

While waiting for my sister to finish her schedule with her doctor, I can't help myself but to roam around the clinic and read the posters hanging in there. That's actually one of my ways not to get bored while waiting. One that really caught my attention was the poster about healthy living. It said that there are 5 Ways to Healthy Living and here are those:

5 Ways to Healthy Living:
  1. Eat Well - make sure that you eat enough nutrients that your body needed. It is recommended to follow the food pyramid.
  2. Watch your weight - Obesity is not good as it carries many complications such high blood, high cholesterol, high sugar and the like. To maintain your weight, you can take a natural diet or a weight loss supplements.
  3. Exercise - Diet should be accompanied by exercise to get the best result.
  4. Sleep Well - This is needed to properly function your body. Without proper sleep we are slowly damaging our own body. It is proven that our organs function well when are sleeping. New cells that our body needed are produced when you are sleeping.
  5. Relax - Stress won't do good for us. We need to take a brake and relax. We can think well when we are relax rather than when we are under stress.
