Opps....  I did not buy diet pills yet but I already lose weight!  Yay!  I don't have Jlo's abs yet but I am happy because I am able to do my regular exercises already.  It is hot here and sweating is really unavoidable but you know what?  It is good to sweat when you are doing your regular exercises. 

I usually up by 5:30 am and just in time for my morning exercise because the sun is not too hot yet.  I am doing weights for my arms and some abdominal exercises.  I am also doing cardio exercises which really make me sweat.  I just love the feelings because it makes me stronger and my endurance last longer than before.  Hmmm....  what about you?
