Stress or Lack of Exercise?

I don't know if it is because of stress that I am getting more weight! Or perhaps it is because I am lack of physical movements since I started working at the office. I admit that I haven't been able to spare some of my time working out and that is because of the long travel which is also makes me tired. I was searching the net for the best way to lose weight without doing some exercise and there I found out about testosterone pill for muscle building but I think it is for guys and then I found apple cider vinegar, oatmeal and a lot more. I want to try one of those and since I have an apple cider vinegar available here then I will probably try it first and if it will not work out that's the time to try another one. I just hope that I will see results eventually. LOL!
