Morning Exercise

I am trying my best to keep on track with my goal for a healthier lifestyle.  I want to be physically stronger this year and I know that having zafu will help me achieve that.  I have the things that I need but I have to push myself do it consistently.  I have to admit that I am poor in convincing myself to do morning exercise everyday but I am trying my best to push myself out to do it.  I think I need other tricks to pull myself out of the bed early so that I will be able to do my morning exercise before I go to work.
